Feb. 15th, 2010 08:35 pmDinner tonight: pilaf made with basmati rice, lentils, and roasted cauliflower, parsnips, carrots, and rutabaga, seasoned with chicken broth, cumin and cinnamon. Center-cut lamb leg steak, pan-seared, seasoned with salt, pepper, cinnamon, and cumin. Petite syrah to drink.
