SHINY!!!
I can't wait to try it on! I am going to wait until after I've taken a shower at home, so as not to accidentally get any perfume or deodorant smell on it, so that if it doesn't work, it can be returned. A quick look makes me think it's likely to fit, but it might be a little long. We'll see!
The bra only has one hook on the band right now, towards the outer end of it, so I'll have to get another hook to put further in to make the band tighter. I'll have to do it by hand, I think, because the material is quite thick. The bra cups seem VERY stiff, which is good: they should be quite supportive. No flopping allowed.
The costume is soooo heavy! It's all covered in beads and sequins and gorgeousness. I love it! And the color is exactly as it was in the picture, so I am not surprised or disappointed. Yes, it IS fuchsia, not "purple" as they called it, but that's what I thought it was. And generally, it's a good color for me. And the "liner" it comes with is not just a panel that you can sew into the skirt, as I thought. It's actually a full-on skirt in plum colored chiffon, complete with a thin plastic filament at the hem to provide ruffliness. Cool!

EDIT: NO, the bra cup is not really bigger than my head. It's just perspective and distortion!
