Um. BU has spring break this week. This means no dance class. I knew this. But I didn't remember it until after I'd already had dinner at Sunset Cantina (chicken-and-fruit topped salad and a big margarita), gone to the classroom building, and found the room locked and the hallways strangely quiet. Ahem. Anyway, I walked to Kenmore to get a bit more exercise, got on the T, and came home. What with walking to Sullivan, walking to and from Central on my break, walking to Sunset from work, walking from Sunset to Kenmore, and then walking home from Wellington, I still got a decent bit of exercise in today. And no, the drink didn't seem to help my shimmy-layered hip circles, but then again, I didn't try then until after I'd gotten home, by which time the buzz had mostly worn off.
Anyway, now I'm just chilling out at home. I debated putting in a dance DVD, but I'm actually rather tired after all that walking! Oy. I'll try one later this week, or this weekend at the latest.

Susan Longacre takes a walk each morning in Wilbraham Park, where several tree branches have been covered in the handiwork of the Midnight Knitter.
“I think it’s wonderful” she told the newspaper.
