Foodie bragging
Mar. 19th, 2010 12:37 pmGotta brag today. My lunch consisted of 1) a cold lentil salad with diced roasted golden beet, diced raw red pepper, goat cheese, fresh basil, and balsamic vinegar, and 2) cold roasted green beans and red pepper strips with Meyer lemon zest and juice.
OM NOM NOM. That was tasty as anything. I have more of the lentil salad for tomorrow's lunch, and will almost certainly make more of the same veggies.
Tonight,
pierceheart and I are going to dinner at North 26, the restaurant in the Millennium Hotel down near Faneuil Hall. Their menu looks AWESOME, and I am very much looking forward to it. I will probably Yelp it tomorrow. :)
