Weird dream last night

Or this morning, really. I dreamed I was at my old company again, although instead of being in our office, we were...backstage somewhere? That's what it looked like: a backstage area. Anyway, the company president was there, his assistant was there, and so was one of the tech people. Then the guy who retired came back for a visit. I was trying to get stuff done like I was still working for the company. Then, all of a sudden, I realized it had to be a dream because I knew I didn't work there anymore. My instant thought was, "Oh, NEAT! That means I can speak my mind to the president! I can say whatever I want to him, and it will be OK! Awesome!" So after I brought him something he'd asked for, I said, "Oh wait, Dr. L., there's one more thing." Then I realized I had a mouthful of food. Peanuts, I think. I raised my hand to let him know I'd talk after swallowing, and I was really trying to swallow quickly so I could say what I wanted to say. Before I could manage, though, my alarm went off! I woke up and thought, "Oh damn, that's so not fair!"

Anyway, as far as my CURRENT job goes, I should be getting my raise-letter early next week. Yay!

Thanks. :) It sounded like it's all been approved, but just getting things put into the system and getting letters written and signed was being held up because someone's on vacation.
