I am NOT being a mama hen!

I worked for an alternative health company in OR, and I know that the FDA is like any other government organization and is biased about what they allow and ban.

But...I have also heard stories about ephedra (Ma Huang), so just be careful on it.

Oh, I know it's not the safest thing in the world. But I've never had a history of heart trouble or even high blood pressure, and I only take it once in a blue moon. Seriously, I probably haven't taken it since December. I only take one dose, too. I don't take another when it wears off.
