Performance review.
Feb. 13th, 2007 04:48 pmIt is confirmed: I rock.
Above-average across the board, nothing but praise in the comments. All the improvables are more career-advancement and necessary training types of things, not "you haven't been doing this well enough and we should fix that" things.
My communications skills and attention to detail were praised multiple times by multiple people.
Take that, evil former boss. Muahahaha.
I get a raise starting with my first paycheck in April. Supervisor doesn't determine the amount, but says the average is 3%.
The idea is for me to be promoted to research analyst after approximately a year in this position, says my supervisor.
This is how performance reviews should be. I feel like going out for a drink! Ah well, dance tonight, going out tomorrow. :)
